Stefan Sielaff the interior car designer for Bentley Motors has turned the inside of a car into a sculpture and an art piece that hold so many basic comforts of any other car.

 “For me, it’s the beauty of a fantastic exterior concealing innovations and craftsmanship that push the product itself forward. It’s this combination of technology and aesthetics that, in the end, makes Bentley extraordinary.” 

Stefan first started his career as a student intern with Audi in 1984 where he was granted a scholarship to the Royal College of Art in London. Here he studied vehicle design and after several other innovative accomplishments as a student he returned to Audi to work on interior car design with the company. He spent the majority of his career with Audi before moving on to a short relationship with Mercedes- Benz as the Design Director of Interior Competence Center. However he came back to Audi as the Head of the Audi Design in 2006. Recently in July 2015 Stefan joined Bentley-Motors.

Stefan in recent interviews has announced that Bentley-Motors will "shortly present a Bentley with a vegan interior" in order to present a "luxury sensation but with a different way". The interior of the vehicle itself carries feature such as diamond quilted leather seats to panoramic sunroof that caters to the driver allowing maximum comfort and style.    

Stefan’s creative process in interior designs for Bentley-Motors begins with keeping in mind the trend motto, “forever young”, while still keeping true to the authentic classic Bentley style. His goal is to bring provide Bentley to the younger age cohort as well as keeping older customers just as pleased.  Stefan is a creative that is ambitious yet modest at the same time, which is a characteristic, according to Csikszentmihaly, that is common in creative individuals. Stefan keeps an open mind to new ideas, styles and innovations yet he humbles himself to keep him rooted to the authenticity Bentley-Motors and customers expect of him. These new designs that keep such classic elements yet Stefan still manages to amaze the world with the new creative designs with each new model introduced.
